Grace and the Paparazzi

It was an exhausting and sometimes frustrating day traveling back to Virginia Beach. A one and a half hour drive to the airport. An hour and a half to argue with the people at baggage check-in because they wouldn't let us check in our pack'n'play and stroller for free even though it said on the website we could. Paid two hundred and fifty-six dollars to check in the extra baggage just so we could get through and make our plane on time. Realized afterwards when we had calmed down that the cost of the 2 items we checked in was probably much less than the money we paid to check them in. A well behaved baby on the first 12 hour plane ride. A non-stop screaming baby during our 22 minute connecting flight. I still consider it a success though since she only had her melt down at the very end of what was a very long day.

It was all worth it to watch the reaction of our families seeing Grace for the first time. Cameras have been constantly flashing in Grace's direction. We have lovingly dubbed our family 'The Paparazzi' since not a moment has gone by without someone taking a picture.
