This girl napped for two and a half hours and was ready for bed at 8pm. Oh, how I wish I had started a sleep schedule sooner!
The only other news for today is that Grace knows how to speak Japanese! Sorta. I have a little collection of traditional Japanese wooden dolls called Kokeshi dolls. Grace wanted to play with them and I told her that the Kokeshi dolls were only for looking and much to my surprise, she repeated me and said, "Kokeshi." Thankfully she repeated it for the video camera so that her daddy could see her speaking Japanese.

LOVE the way she is posing in that first picture.
I hear you on the sleep schedule thing, but honestly, she might not have been ready sooner. I had Hendley on a wonderful schedule at 8 weeks. I did the exact same training schedule with Boss, but he didn't come around to my way of thinking until he was almost 15 months old! Every one of these kids is so different.
Still, hoping this new schedule continues to work for you! It sure makes it easier when they like to sleep a lot!
Not to mention, you can get a lot things done when they nap longer and sleep early. If you ran out of things to do, there's always our favorite past time, reading a book. Cute posing, like a pro already. Love you.
sleep begets sleep! woo hoo! not that it applies to grace OR eli...but, we can try. i can't believe i got to hear her say kokeshi! so adorable!
